Additional Information : | On July 18th, 1976, Norman was found walking along the highway near Sturgeon Falls while he and his mother were vacationing in the area. Police took Norman to a local hospital as they were concerned for his safety. He was then transported to the North Bay Psychiatric Hospital. Norman was described as bitter and uncooperative in the hospital. He wanted to return home to St. Catharines. As Norman was being escorted between buildings on the hospital grounds, he ran off into a wooded area and has not been seen since. |
