Additional Information :

Fanzheng, and another man, were last seen boating on the Ottawa River near the Britannia Beach and Park in an inflatable dinghy.  When the boat capsized, both men were thrown into the water.

The deflated dinghy was recovered as was the companion.  Fanzheng has not been found.
