Braces – purple coloured braces on upper teeth

Glasses – prescription eyeglasses, described as black framed, wears occasionally

Deformity – right forearm thinner than left forearm
Scar – on right forearm

Facial hair – wears a goatee or partial beard
Build – slender/slim

Sweater – dark in colour, long sleeves
T-shirt – grey, possibly with a small purple animal logo on bottom corner
Pants – dark pants
Footwear – black running/athletic shoes with dark green stitching, “New Balance” brand, described as worn (pictured)

Accessories – studded belt, black on the front and purple around the waist (pictured)

Bag – red bag, “Rob Joly” written in black marker (pictured)

At the time of his disappearance, Luke was visiting friends in North Bay from his home in Temiscaming, Quebec.  Video surveillance showed Luke being refused entry to Cecil’s Eatery and Beer Society at 11:54 p.m.

Police believe that Luke may have returned to a house on the 600 block of Sherbrooke Street as they located Luke’s jacket and cellphone there.

The North Bay Police Service would like to speak with anyone who may have seen Luke, or knows of his current whereabouts, to verify his well-being.

On March 4, 2016, the North Bay Police Service announced that a $50,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of any person(s) responsible for Luke’s disappearance.

In March 2021, a video was released documenting Luke’s movements on the night that he disappeared.  The video can be viewed here.
