Just prior to his disappearance, Roger Bertrand seemed nervous about his upcoming appearance as a material witness in a threatening investigation.

Due to back and leg problems, Roger required a brace and cane to walk.  Both his brace and cane were left at his residence.

Roger Bertrand left his home sometime between 10:00 and 11:30 on the morning of November 11, 1999. He has not been seen since. Police believe that Roger may have been the victim of foul play.
