| Additional Information : | William’s last known contact with his family was on the 16th of December, 1990 when he spoke with his brother. He was reported missing by his employer after missing his shifts and the work Christmas party on December 21st, 1990. William has lived most of his life in Quebec and has only been in North Bay for a short period time. He did mention that he was planning to be out of town from December 18th to the 20th. However, he did not mention where he was going. William was known to hitchhike on a regular basis. |
