Christina was camping with some friends at Rainbow Falls Provincial Park. The park is located on the Trans-Canada Highway (Hwy. 17) between Schreiber and Rossport.

On the day of her disappearance, Christina told her friend that she was going jogging. She did not return to the campsite.  Despite numerous searches, Christina has not been seen since.
