Additional Information : | On the day of his disappearance, Douglas called his sister to tell her that he had been to Toronto Western Hospital because he was not feeling well. After determining that he was dehydrated, Douglas was sent to Seaton House to recover. He stayed for three days. He also confirmed that he was feeling better. However Douglas did not return to his home. He has not had contact with any of his family since. As part of the police investigation, neither Toronto Western Hospital nor Seaton House had any record of his being at either place on or around September 3rd, 2009. Douglas has not used his health card or accessed his bank account since the day of his disappearance. |
