Additional Information :

On the 14th of July, 1975 John left the psychiatric hospital in London, Ontario.  He was 21 years old at the time.  When he did not return to the family home in Guelph, his family reported him missing.

In June of 1980, John’s brother saw him in the Bloor Street West and Spadina Avenue area of Toronto.  The 26-year old may have been living on the streets at that time.
