Additional Information : | On the day of his disappearance, Hugh was participating in the Oshawa Clipper Race from Oshawa to Olcott, New York and back. He was one of four people on the boat. When Hugh took his turn operating the boat, a large wave broke over the boat. As a result, Hugh was thrown into Lake Ontario. Hugh has not been seen since. |
