| Additional Information : | At the time of his disappearance, Istefan was employed at Pop’s Pizza Bar and Cafe, located at 5694 Highway 7. On June 30th, Istefan returned home after work, showered and changed his clothes. He then left the family residence at approximately 1 a.m., in his car. Mr. Toma’s car was located at the West Woodbridge Industrial Mall on February 11, 2002. This location is less than a block from his work. The car had been parked there for approximately 6 to 9 months. On the night of his disappearance, Istefan took his identification and citizenship card. He did not take any clothing or other belongings. Although he picked up his pay cheque the day before, it is not known how much money he took with him. Istefan’s command of the English language has been described as ‘broken’. He has also been known to go to casinos on occasion. There has been no contact with Istefan since his disappearance. Police and his family are concerned and would like to locate Istefan to verify his well-being. |
