He walked away from the grounds at approximately 11:15 a.m. Approximately 30 minutes later, a witness saw someone matching Gordon’s description looking over the railing into the hydro feeder canal. The canal is located near the intersection of Portage Road and Morrison Street in Niagara Falls. |
