Additional Information :
Norman was brought to the North Bay Psychiatric Hospital following an incident that occurred on July 18th, 1976. The incident occurred while Norman was on holiday with his mother in the Sturgeon Falls area.

Norman was described as bitter and un-cooperative in the hospital. He wanted to return home to St. Catharines.

As Norman was being escorted on the hospital grounds, he ran off into a wooded area and has not been seen since.
